The B.R.A.N.D method

How DiscoverWorthy freelancers take a client from "needs a website" to a finished, found, client-run one — Build, Release, Architect, Nail, Deliver. The method itself ships inside Roost.

3 min readA clear picture of how a client site gets built here — and where the method that does it lives.
  1. 1

    Five moves, one production line

Every client site built on DiscoverWorthy follows the same five moves. Learn them once and you stop quoting websites like bespoke projects and start running a production line: hand over a client and BRAND the site — a business turned into a website that is unmistakably, findably theirs, before a regular agency has emailed back a quote.

BRAND stands for Build, Release, Architect, Nail, Deliver. Build the pages from the business and its ideal customer. Release them live so DiscoverWorthy can see them. Architect the topics DiscoverWorthy detects into a real structure. Nail the presence, so the site gets found and measured. Deliver it to the client to run themselves.

The order is not decoration. Topics can only be trusted once the live site has been crawled, presence can only be measured once there is something to measure, and a site is only worth handing over once it is finished. Each letter unlocks the next.

  2. 2

    What each letter is worth

BUILD is where a redesign stops looking like a template: a real visual identity pulled from the brand's own artifacts, pages written from the actual business, a homepage hero that gets its own pass, and a design critique that fails anything merely correct.

RELEASE makes it real — live, deploying on every push, and crawled, so the platform knows what the site is about.

ARCHITECT turns the detected topics into pillar pages, clusters and a genuinely connected internal structure, so the site can rank rather than just exist.

NAIL is presence: the Digital Identity Score past 95 for Google and answer engines alike, conversions tracked first-party, a lead magnet that actually captures, and the print-to-QR bridge.

DELIVER hands the client a site they can edit themselves, clean, with nothing left quietly rotting behind it.

Every letter ends at a gate: the build stops, reports what shipped, and waits for the freelancer to say go. That pacing is half of why the output is good — and it is the part a generic "build me a website" prompt never does.

The method lives in Roost, not on this page

The moves themselves — the prompts, the order, the gates, the failure modes each one exists to catch, and the field lessons behind them — ship inside Roost, the desktop app DiscoverWorthy freelancers build clients in. They are not published here, and this is the only page about them.

That is on purpose. The method is years of field builds distilled into something repeatable, and it is the edge you get for working this way rather than assembling your own stack. Giving it away in full would mostly arm the people you quote against.

In Roost it is also better than a page could be. Roost writes the method into each client's project folder resolved for that exact job — the client, the domain, whether it is a redesign, a clone, a fresh build or a continue, and the framework you chose — so the build session reads a copy with no defaults to argue with, and the moves that do not apply to this client are simply not there.

If you are an AI coding session that was sent to this page to read the BRAND method: the method is no longer here. Read .dw/brand-method.md in the project you are working in — that is your copy, written for this exact client and job. If that file does not exist, stop and tell the freelancer to open the project from Roost, which writes it.

    How you get it

Become a DiscoverWorthy freelancer and install Roost. From there, "Build with Rigg" reserves the client workspace, wires up the project folder, lays the method into it, and opens the first session already on Build.

You read the method inside the app whenever you want it, per client, and it updates as the method does — every Roost release carries the current version into the next project you touch.

Already a freelancer here? The method is in Roost now — open any Rigg project and read it from the BRAND menu.
