The desktop app holds your keys. Everything is decrypted there, on your machine, and nowhere else.
Add a teammate and the vault key is encrypted to them personally. No password is ever re-typed or emailed.
Need to give a client a login once? A secure link that we store without ever being able to read it.
Remove someone and they lose the vault. Their device cannot decrypt what it no longer has a key for.

Your credentials are encrypted and decrypted only inside the signed DiscoverWorthy Secrets desktop app, using keys that never leave your machine. What reaches our servers is a payload we have no way to open — not by choice, and not by policy we could change later.
Sharing works the same way: when you add someone to a vault, the key is encrypted to that person specifically. Remove them and their device simply no longer has a key that fits.
